The website presents experiences and receives requests. A request does not confirm availability, vessel, price or booking; confirmation requires operational review, acceptance of applicable documents and approved payment.
Eligibility
Customers must provide accurate information and follow capacity, safety and crew instructions. Bareboat operation depends on validated licences and nautical requirements.
Price and payment
The versioned proposal states currency, items, deposit, balance, validity and policy. Checkout is hosted by the provider, and browser redirects never confirm a booking by themselves.
Weather and safety
Operations may be postponed, changed or cancelled when weather, maritime authority, maintenance or safety requires it. Rebooking and refunds follow the accepted booking policy.
Conduct
Illegal use, unsafe conduct, bypassing controls and access to third-party data are prohibited. The liability limits set out in these terms never waive mandatory consumer rights.
