The effective policy is the version attached to the proposal and booking. This page explains the process and never replaces that contractual snapshot.
Customer requests
Requests are reviewed against notice, incurred costs, rebooking options and applicable law. Decisions, amounts and reasons are recorded; refunds are not automatic.
Weather and safety
When operations deem departure unsafe or unviable, rebooking or the accepted policy remedy is prioritised. Light rain or personal preference alone does not automatically cancel a trip.
Refunds
Approved refunds use the same provider and payment method. Bank timing belongs to the issuer/provider; the platform tracks each state and keeps the financial audit trail.
