Murmura Náutica, based in Angra dos Reis (RJ, Brazil), is the controller of the data processed for bookings and operations. The company's full legal details and the data protection contact are stated in the proposal and contract of each booking and can be requested through the official service channels.
Data and purposes
We process only what is needed for enquiries, proposals, bookings, navigation safety, payments, contracts, support and legal obligations.
- Identity and contact details for customers and passengers.
- Booking, operational and required nautical-document information.
- Payment references and provider events; full card details are not stored by the platform.
- Minimised technical records for security, fraud prevention and audit.
Sharing and retention
Data may be shared on a need-to-know basis with authorised crew, marinas, payment, email and storage providers, and competent authorities. Retention follows each legal and operational purpose.
Your rights
You may request confirmation, access, correction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal and deletion where legally available. Bookings, contracts and fiscal records may require statutory retention.
Security
The platform uses role-based access, MFA for privileged profiles, transport encryption, tenant segregation, audit trails and incident response.
